Custom one off training plans
Customised training plans are designed to be used for up to 12 weeks to reach maximum results. They can be followed for over 12 weeks but I advise you switch up your plan after 12 weeks to avoid plateaus.
With this custom plan you will be sent out a questionnaire to fill out so I can design the best programme possible for you.
